MOTU's 17th Album will be released April 4, 2017. It is titled, DISTANT GUITAR WHISPERS IN THE WIND and it is a studio recorded Jazz Guitar Instrumental Album. It contains ten compositions: nine MOTU originals, and one reinterpreted guitar classic, celebrating the stylistic elements of classic Weather Report, Miles Davis, Joe Pass, and Wes Montgomery mixed with contemporary influences of Jimi Hendrix, Pat Metheny, and Larry Coryell.
