GE and Mott MacDonald have launched the first Early Careers Challenge focused on ground engineering, sustainability and digital solutions.
Applications are open now for individuals from undergraduates to early careers professionals within their first five years in industry.

"The ECC will showcase the industry’s brightest stars – who will be given media exposure – via content, social media, email channels and so on – at all stages of the initiative. It will introduce them to the wider industry, provide an opportunity for them to show their talents, and highlight that they can directly make the construction sector more sustainable in the future."

Following a launch meeting on 9 August in London, the results of the work will be presented to expert judges at the?GE Sustainability conference on 21 September?and the?GE Smart Geotechnics event on 5 October.
