"Motivational Monday"

June 8 celebrates National Best Friends Day, a day to honour that one special person you call your “Best Friend”. This day is a time to show them how much you appreciate them, how special and important they are to you and how you cherish their friendship.

But, do you have just one Best Friend?... and why are they your Best Friend?

Do they help you through life, do they motivate you or are they just always there when you need them?

I always say that I have more than one Best Friend. First there is the friend that I have known now for fifty years. We don't see each other often now but I know that if I call him at any time he will always be there for me, and likewise me for him.

My other two Best Friends are my sons Adam and Dominic. Sure they are my sons, but has they have grown up they have also become my Best Friends.

We have fun together, we laugh together, we argue, we disagree, we have our own opinions but we are always there for each other, through thick and thin, good and bad and we motivate each other to be the best we can be.
