I've been getting a lot of questions about motivation or the lack thereof! It doesn't surprise me it's happening at this time of year. The initial push of the New Year often starts to slip in February?even though we have?the best of intentions. We've all been there?whether it's because of illness, lack of time or just feeling meh.?
