I am a positive thinking, self-motivated person. I do find that listening to certain music or playing back clips from some of my favorite movies tends to get me more energized.  I do not drink soda/pop but if I did while playing a song like Rebel Yell, by Billy Idol, I might explode.

My question is what motivates you? What song/movie gets you more motivated?

Second both thoughts... listening to Billy Idol radio as I recruit at this very moment and can't go anywhere with some Metallica... One.

What a fun question. I used to love settling in for a long day of sourcing and deep diving the search for candidates and crank up Metallica's Symphony & Metallica album. The whole album was great and you can really get a groove going.
