When we lose motivation, it’s a good idea to recognise the small wins. That’s one of the reasons I write down three wins from the day every night. That, however, implies that I’ve achieved things during the day.
So, to stay motivated during the day, recognise the small successes, have fun in the process, and, if possible, surround yourself with likeminded people.
Expand your network, online or in person.
Focus and re-focus on your goals.
Focus and dig deep into your WHY, why have you started this business?
Maybe, giving yourself a “consequence”, either punishment or reward (whatever works best for you), could help enhance your motivation.
