Motivation is B.S.

How many of us have experienced this: we watch to a motivational video, or listen to an incredible speech by someone we admire, we set our alarm early for the next day and tell ourselves "this is it, tomorrow is going to be the day I finally start working towards my goal."
The alarm goes off the next morning, you hit snooze, and go back to sleep. You then go about your day feeling guilty and ashamed that you, yet again, did not follow through.
THIS is why motivation does not work. One pump up video does not create massive change.
In order to create real, lasting change that ACTUALLY gets you what you want, you have to change your beliefs, make goals that inspire you to take action after the motivation wears off, and create the small daily habits necessary to help you get there.
Real change is not sexy, it takes time, consistency, and effort.
BUT, these steps will get you everything you've ever wanted.
