Motivating Millennial Thinking

As a Millennial in sales and leadership, it’s challenging to determine whose methods one should implement. I’ve heard several people tell me “having any method is better than having no method at all.” I firmly believe that statement to be true. However, while sales and leadership methodologies can vary greatly based on the systems used, there are a few time-tested foundational components that hold true across industry and generation. These concepts are often misunderstood by millennials resulting in missed opportunities and limited potential. You’ll find that great follow-up is an underlying theme of five concepts.....
