All too often we are proactive giving feedback, but do we also focus on something positive?
Here is an easy-to-implement practice to keep your team motivated.
In the next five days:
- Sincerely talk to 5 team members;
- Share with them that you are grateful for something they have done;
- Praise them for the way they solved a problem;
- Talk about something of high value that they have accomplished;
- Be authentic!
I designed this activity based on different concepts and techniques, including the ideas of Systemic Leadership. To read more about how you can get to basics with personal leadership, check my article You, Me and the World. How Systemic Leadership enlightens what lies in the unseen.
This 5-minute activity comes from the worksheets I created to help you easily step into
action mode. You can find tons of these activities in my free worksheet library, just sign up at https://www.inbody.es/en/our-publications/ to get access.
Try it out and let me know in the comments. How did it go?
