Motion & Action looks same but not exactly same.
Motion – I have plenty of idea of Transforming Habits??
Action- I do every day 5 min to transform my habits.??
Majority of people spend time to find out the best plan?? to lose weight
Majority of people spend time to find out the best plan to improve communication & writing skill??
Majority of people spend time to find out best plan to build Muscles??
Majority of people spend time to find out the best plan for Mindset Transformation
??They always hunt for Best & Perfect Idea????
And They forget about the process of tiny action, small- small action, daily action
End of the day they find nothing, because they are keep on searching & thinking (Motion) only
Motion is good but Motion never produce any results
You won’t see any result when you are in Motion
If you take Action result is bound to come
Saying “I want to do” & saying I have taken- action both are different
Saying “I want to join” & I have joined have plenty of difference
Saying “I want to attend “& I have attended & implemented have huge gap
It is always better to sit down & write for 5 Minute has huge impact on your writing
Sometime Motion/Merely Thinking is useful, but we never see the result
??Even if you talk to Mentor 100 times & not taking action-nothing gonna change
??Even if you follow Post on social platform 100 times & not taking- action nothing gonna change
??Even if you talk to Gym Trainer, Dietitian & not taking -action nothing gonna change
Once you get up & go for running, walking???♂? or taking- action in life then only you will get results
Motion is good, talking about Mindset?? & Habit transformation is good
We hesitate to take tiny steps toward transformation because
we have fear of failure, fear of rejection, fear of criticism
We hesitate to take tiny steps forward because we want to avoid public opinion
We all want to achieve success in first attempt
This expectation create delay in Action
Merely planning, Planning & Planning is not gonna help you
??If you are serious
??If you are dedicated
??If you are committed
??If you have hunger
??If you have burning desire
??If you have fire
??If you don’t want to live average life
??If you want to be master of habits
There is only one key
Start with Repetition, Repeat your Best Habits Every day
Do not compare
Do not think for Perfection
I strongly believe you can change your habits by Investing 5 Min Every day
