Motion to quash depo for Julio Palmaz followed by Jason Davis filing emergency motion to delay claiming family issues ...cough....no mention of Lamont
On April 18, 2017 Lamont Jefferson put an appearance in as Julio Palmaz attorney of record. I guess Jason forgot this, huh?
In yesterday's EMERGENCY motion, I guess Jason forgot about Mr. Jefferson-who of course happens to be a MUCH better attorney than Jason ever will be. I believe Lamont will be determined to be conflicted out, but as of now he is still counsel of record unless I missed something. And the court is not going to miss this stunt as Jason Davis continues to stall and delay, refusing to turn over bank records, an accounting of tens of millions of dollars, an explanation as to WHERE the Abbott stents came from and WHY Steve Solomon lied to the Colombian government that the stents in the trial were Palmaz mach stents when in fact they were Abbott stents...class III critical, life saving devices in a horrific clinical fraud case where 48 critically ill Latino human beings lives were at stake.....
Only problem is on April 18, 2017 Mr. Lamont Jefferson, a very good San Antonio attorney, put an appearance in as counsel of record for Julio Palmaz:
HOW CONVENIENT--you decide which version is true--the one that disgraced former boiler room broker Steven Brett Solomon, who has no formal education and was running a purported class III coronary stent company--told the Colombian government, or the version that Phillipe Marco and Texas licensed CPA John Asel told investors on December 17, 2015--and who were the Abbott employees?
Look what SOMEONE from Palmaz gave the Colombian government along with Solomon's false certification above? An April 2013 sheet allegedly DOWNLOADED from the FDA site with Abbott's name on it--hmmmm
