Struggling Mothers for Their Children

The world is full of mysteries and uncertainties, and it is human nature to seek answers and explanations for everything. We constantly seek ways to understand and make sense of the world around us. However, in this pursuit of knowledge, we often encounter a major roadblock - assumptions.

Assumptions are a part of our daily lives, and we often make them without even realizing it. From assuming the weather based on the time of year to assuming someone's intentions based on their body language, assumptions are ingrained in us. But what about the bigger assumptions that shape our understanding of the world?

It is a widely accepted fact that 99% of the facts and figures presented to us are assumptions that take into account various factors like time, calendar, and seasons. These assumptions are essential in making sense of the world and predicting future events. However, they are not the absolute truth, as many would have us believe.

The history of assumptions is as old as human civilization itself. Ancient cultures relied on assumptions to explain natural phenomena and make sense of their surroundings. They used myths, legends, and religious beliefs as tools to understand the world. These beliefs were passed down from generation to generation, becoming the foundation of their society.

But with the advent of modern science, many started believing that it is the only way to understand the world. Science became the new religion, and its theories were considered infallible. And while science has undoubtedly made remarkable progress in unraveling the mysteries of our universe, it is not without its limitations.

One such example is the definition of global warming. The general consensus is that it is caused by human activities such as burning fossil fuels and emitting carbon into the atmosphere. However, some argue that this explanation is too narrow and fails to take into account other factors like natural climate cycles.

Similarly, theories about lost civilizations such as the Egyptian and Indus Valley civilizations attribute their downfall to the use of fossil fuels. But this is nothing more than a speculation, as there is no concrete evidence to support this claim. It is an assumption that has been accepted as the truth without any further exploration or consideration of alternative explanations.

The blind boy mentioned at the beginning of this blog is another example of how assumptions can hinder our understanding. His mother, who spent her entire life seeking a solution for her son's condition, was unable to find a convincing answer from modern science. This raises the question - is it a failure of modern science or just a limitation of our understanding?

As humans, we tend to believe in what we can see and touch. However, there are many things in this world that are invisible or intangible to the naked eye. Modern science, with its focus on empirical evidence and tangible results, often fails to consider these intangible factors. And without considering these factors, we may never truly understand the world and its complexities.

This is where alternative knowledge and approaches come into play. Ancient cultures relied on assumptions and alternative beliefs to understand the world, and there is much we can learn from them. The struggle of mothers like the blind boy's, who spend their entire lives seeking solutions for their loved ones, highlights the importance of alternative knowledge and approaches.

In conclusion, assumptions are an essential part of our understanding of the world. They help us bridge the gap between what we know and what we don't. However, blindly accepting assumptions as the absolute truth without considering alternative perspectives can hinder our progress and limit our understanding. It is vital for us to keep an open mind and consider all possibilities instead of blindly following one belief system. Only then can we hope to reach a deeper understanding of the world around us.
