Motherly? 's latest State of Motherhood survey is out and packed with insights from Gen Z (18-27) and Millennial (28-43) moms. As the largest statistically significant survey of its kind, it offers a deep dive into what modern motherhood looks like in our country.

Here’s a preview of some key findings, including perspectives from guests and friends of WMH.?

  • 2/3 of moms considered leaving the workforce last year due to the stress and cost of childcare, highest among Gen Z at 82%.
  • Gen Z moms are 2.5x less likely than Millennial moms to have position flexibility and half as likely to have paid maternity leave.
  • Nearly 60% of moms under 30 report equally sharing household responsibilities with a partner vs. 35% of moms over 30.?
  • Gen Z moms are signaling a continuing future birth rate decline.
