Mother Waddles

Fourteen years. That's how long I owned my 2010 Honda Civic. After my Pontiac Grand Am GT reached 100,000 miles it was essentially done. I sold it.

In March 2010, my Wife and mother-in-law, big fans of Honda vehicles and they influenced me into purchasing that small but wonderful car from Lehigh Valley of Honda. She held a special sentimental value for me. I brought my son home from Lehigh Valley Hospital in the Civic. She was something special.

This month the Civic reached 222,000 plus miles. Unfortunately, She was sitting mostly idle on the driveway. I decided instead of pushing her to 300,000 miles, why not donate the Civic to a great charity like Mother Waddles and with a heavy heart, I did just that.
