Mother #nature and its manifestations have created such wonderful experiences for humans provided we have the time to sit back and observe its beautiful creations with keenness and learn from day to day experiences.
One of mother nature's creations are the ant's from whom we can learn a lot.
How do these tiny ants gather the courage and conviction to build impressive #structures like an anthill?
If we observe a large group of ants going about their work, they are without a leader having no roadmap of what they will eventually create, however thousands of these insects move around dirt to create a complex structures connected by a network of tunnels.
How do they decide where to forage or build their homes?
Research conducted by scientists worldwide suggest that ants have a very coordinated structure between them to decide when and where ants can pick up and drop off their earth soil to create sophisticated, multilayered structures. It is a result of a local interactions between the ants at a small scale.
Ants build #bridges on simple rules and disassemble bridges according to changing needs. The beauty of such a coordinated process is that even if one ant fails, the others catch up to do the job.
What can the behavior of ants teach us?
1. Size does not matter. No matter who you are be brave and have the conviction to do bigger things.
2. Obstacles will keep coming our way. Plan your diversions and keep moving forward.
3. Learn to adapt to our surroundings. Be flexible to work your way out
4. Knowledge should be shared. Do not hoard stuff and pass it on to teams
5. Create a platform for future generations.
Sometimes small creatures can teach us bigger things. Keep observing and keep learning.
