Mother nature heals us, nurtures us

Mother nature heals us, nurtures us

As Mansi Dholakia has put rightly in her post today, we can learn a lot of things from nature like being patient through turns and twists of life just like nature remains through various seasons and mother nature has enough for everyone's needs not for everyone's greed. We should also try to help others in their need. With this cooperative collaboration only the ecosystem of human civilisation can be more moral and ethical, bringing in the sustainability in the society.

Also we can learn different aspects of life from different plants and animals. From ants we can learn hard work. From trees we can learn the art of living for others and greater good of society. With evolution and development humans are getting detached from Mother Nature. Most of us don't even know how it feels in the lap of Mother Nature. I've experienced it on mountains, near oceans and in forests.

Once for a change if you'll get out from our concrete jungle then you'll know that you can feel happier there. You forget about yourself when you're in nature. Times slows down there and gives us very pleasurable feeling. I can't write how you can feel Mother Nature but I can write that when I feel it. When I go for a run in a nearby forest and hear voices of birds early morning everyday. Even the air there feels different at that time. I rarely see any other person there. I feel like I am in close embrace with mother nature and feel so secure and warm inside my heart.

Also when I visit any beach. I prefer those where no one can disturb me. Specially at night, when you'll sit on sand and listen to the wave sounds you'll realise what you were missing by living far from nature. The mountains are one of the best places where one can feel Mother Nature. Climbing mountains and feelings your muscles getting tired too gives a good feeling. The beauty of mountains surrounded by clouds gives very powerful and positive vibes. You can feel Mother Nature everywhere if you'll get out of the man made environment

Nature is our Godmother and provider of food, clothing and shelter. And we are abusing and misusing this gift to us, by left, right and center. The lakes are polluted, the earth is poisoned and the atmosphere is full of toxins, in the name of industrialisation. The mother nature's byproduct is this human body. The body is made out of Pancha Maha Bhootas. That is earth, the shell and parts of the body. The space is the sky, the space in the body for the body to work. The air, is life breath, which passes through the nine holes in the body. The water, the body has 70 Percent water, to lubricate the system. Finally, it is the fire, which burns the food to produce energy for the bodily activities. You have to feel and take care of the body, by proper exercise and healthy lifestyle. Once the bodily activities stop by death, the body is cremated or buried, ashes to ashes and earth to earth. The body goes back to mother's womb to sleep peacefully and wait to comeback as a grain. The parents eat the grain to produce another human, to go through the cycle of birth and death. This is the true version of Living Vedanta in life. Cheers!
