How do brands build trust? Fascinating presso at the ABC by Roy Morgan. To be expected, trust in the big banks is down. What resonated was the importance of being engaged in your local community. Having good quality products and customer service are drivers, but embedding in communities of interest is key.

While a lot of boards focus on results, perhaps more emphasis could be on issues, often associated with comms such as ethics, transparency and integrity.

Oh, and not surprised that netball is the #1 most trusted in sport.
