With a test currents of up to 100 A DC, the RMO100TT is the most powerful winding ohmmeter in the market. It is available both, in a rugged plastic case suitable for field testing, as well as in a rack-mounted version suitable for factory and workshop testing.

In addition to winding resistance measurement and transformer demagnetization capability, the RMO100TT also performs a tap changer analysis using the DVtest (dynamic resistance measurement) method with 10 kHz sampling rate that enables detecting various problems with on-load tap changers.

An additional channel is available for measuring the tap changer motor current allowing detection of existing motor and mechanical problems.

The tap changer analysis features are supported by powerful DV-Win PC software that is included in the purchase price.

Furthermore, an additional channel for vibration testing is now available for all RMO-TT models, including the RMO100TT. Using an accelerometer, this non-intrusive test is performed by measuring vibrations on the external tap changer tank during its operation. Various mechanical and timing problems can be detected in this manner.
