  • Johnson Controls Sabroe Industrial Refrigeration Brand Celebrates 125 Years in Business
  • Thermo King Announces new UT-R undermount refrigeration systems
  • New SANHUA Refrigerated cabinet controller SEC R03 series
  • Danfoss Updated Software of the Controller AK-CC55
  • AREA Position Paper on the F-gas Regulation

Johnson Controls celebrates 125 years of its Sabroe brand as a pioneer in industrial refrigeration systems in Denmark and abroad. What started with a high-performing refrigeration machine – produced in a small company founded by engineer Thomas Ths. Sabroe in 1897 in Aarhus – has since developed into a global brand that has increased sales year-over-year by consistently providing customers with reliable and sustainable refrigeration solutions.

Thermo King announced and will feature at the IAA Transportation 2022 show in Hannover, Germany, the new UT-R undermount refrigeration systems.

SEC R03 series cabinet controller, with MD remote display, is focused on the applications in food retail display cabinets and integrates Sanhua’s best electronic expansion valve control. SEC R03 provides advantages in terms of efficiency, competitivity, and reliability of your refrigeration cabinet applications with easy installation.??

Danfoss is announcing a software update for controllers AK-CC55 Compact and AK-CC55 Multi Coil.

The F-gas Regulation is arguably the most important and impactful piece of EU legislation for our sector.?Its provisions dictate the conditions under which our contractors carry out most of their operations.

European RACHP contractors represented by AREA remain fully committed to the transition to climate-friendly alternatives to f-gases.?For such a transition to be a success, several conditions ought to be met: the timing needs to be aligned with market and technological realities, equipment obsolescence should not be unduly forced, and alternative refrigerants – most of which are also greenhouse gases – should be properly regulated.
