Most People Hate Their Life And It Shouldn't Be Like This

Here is a thing, most people hate their daily work, daily life, or the career they are in.
It’s not easy to find something that you love doing, passionate about and pays all the bills. Also, lets you fulfill all other aspects of your life.
Sometimes you are afraid to admit and pretend everything is okay.
We live in a culture that tries to mold everyone into the same high-achiever, extrovert, permanently peppy transmitter of positive vibes.
It’s a good reminder that just being yourself and doing what you love is good enough. And if you’re lucky it might not require so much effort either.
Yet deep down you know you are living below your potential, and high ambitions.
But with time it’s all changing.
And with new ways of working, lots of potential opportunities are unfolding in different domains and across industries.
Build a life that you don’t need to escape from.
Last year while on a hike, another hiker told me how he hates sitting at home and has a constant need to stay away from home or find ways to get out. I didn’t ask for the exact reason but I suppose that’s how it is for some people.
It’s the harsh truth about life, the place you live in, that doesn’t feel like home and you can’t sit for a minute by yourself, with your thoughts.
And it’s the story of many people, who would need a consistent stimulation from the outset — like watching TV for hours, scrolling through social media mindlessly, chatting, speaking on the phone for hours.
Just filling the void they have — maybe because they are afraid of their thoughts.
You have everything right now to live a happy?life.
It lets you think so much about what you don’t have instead of letting you think what you already have.
I started doing the gratitude journal roughly around three years back.
Nothing has changed for months but one day my mindset has turned.
I started believing in the tiny things that I had.

Like having a healthy lifestyle, having no anxiety, and my daily writing.
it’s all I need to live a meaningful life
True readiness rarely arrives as a feeling.
My current motto is “Feel the fear and do it anyway.”
Life isn’t about reaching the finish line first.
It’s about the experiences you collect along the way.
So stop waiting for “someday” and start living your “best life now.”
