Most men I speak with tell me they only need to drop 10-15 pounds to get six pack lean
Ryan who I’ve been working with for 3 years told me he just wants to drop 10-15lbs.
He came in at 194lbs at 5ft 10.
Once he got to 180lbs he knew he’s got a long way to go to get shredded.
He got six pack lean at 147lbs!
Almost 50lbs.
That’s 3x more than he thought.
He’s not the only guy who underestimated how much body fat he was carrying.
Many guys look at their belly and put a number on it.
They overlook that they also have fat in the face, neck, chest, arms, thighs, lower back.
When you add that all up you get to 2-3x the amount you guessed.
Some guys will say wow 147lbs is way to small.
It’s not.
Brad Pitt in Fight Club is 155lbs.
The first time I got six pack lean I was 149lbs.
If you’re 5ft9-5ft11 …
Unless you have above average muscle mass, you will fall anywhere from 145-155lbs once you’re six pack lean.
It’s normal.
Then from there the fun part starts where you put on muscle mass and get bigger.
Any guy who’s 5ft 10 and over 200lbs with a six pack is very likely juicing.
Yeah there are some genetic freaks here and there, but they are the exception.
If you’re 6ft and more that changes obviously.
If you aren’t sure what your bodyfat % is go and get in a DEXA scan.
It will tell you exactly where you are.
Then you subtract the % to get down to 10% bodyfat.
That’s when you’re six pack lean.
