‘Most innovative agency of the year’ and what now?

It is an exceptional moment on our journey and I’m beyond being proud of the team. The team that has been building and transforming our business, upgrading the engine and the wings while flying at high speed. Often a very risky process and personally highly challenging too.?

My heart is filled with joy to share this moment with everyone I work with and the clients that have given us the opportunity to shine. And this very recognition is coming at a time of the pandemic when many businesses have experienced dark moments. We have walked along the cliff too, and while many were firing we continued hiring and have doubled in size since the pandemic started.?

Yes, certainly we were innovative, but this was only possible because every single person at intO was willing to step forward while embracing discomfort with high levels of uncertainty with each step.?

This allowed us to focus, even when it was scary at times to continuously keep up our very high standards that we never compromise on, for our clients and for ourselves. On that note, the ability to be truly caring and attentive to each other, even when seemingly there was no time or space, was an important part of the process.?

Therefore, I’m immensely grateful to our central team, our shining stars and our key players at intO. I’m equally grateful to our worldwide team, in particular those working with us in the busiest regions such as East Asia, Europe and North and Latin America, all the exceptionally talented people spread across the globe who have worked with us full of loyalty. Exceptional researchers and innovators walked with us toward this exceptional moment. And of course, I’m grateful to our mentors and coaches that have supported us over the last 10 years.?

As the judges said, we already are a very innovative agency and this is the moment for us then to see where we are going next. We have reached a stepping stone. We are now taking a deep breath and looking around us. From this elevated point of view, we are watching new horizons. This is the thing, once you reach a peak then you can see further into the distance and see new peaks that one could reach next.?

This recognition is like an upgrade to the next level in a game and I’m really excited to explore this new level, players that are here, but above all to raise the bar within the industry.
