I have to capitalize on all of the current elements available to me. I am the greatest rapper of all time by every metric available, after all. Just gotta wait on Guiness. I do not have luxury of doing just that. I have to, as always create my own path. Now that I fully understand this concept. I am building the full foundation, to do just that. I. Ladies and gentlemen; am bringing the compact disc back. I said it.

How can I bring together, all I know? After all I have the most important factor here. I have the music. I have lots, of the music. I am a nuclear power of music. And I have never needed this system in place, to succeed.

No other artist, thus far; has taken the time to include extreme attention to detail as I have. From all my clients, to all concert goers and attendees, to my super fans. A unique experience is guaranteed.

My concerts are small by choice and design. I aim to connect with each one of my guests. Everything will be set in place to maximize these unique performances.

All local businesses, that sponsor each event, will have their products or services in full display, at every interval. From the private jet, red carpet. To the available suites; each will have banners with specialized lighting and sound. Gift baskets will be made for each occasion and to the desire of each attendee.

The limo services will also include banners both inside and out, with scanable bar codes to your own unique brands, products or services. These can be scanned in person, or later scanned when posted on our networks and social media. Each banner is fully inter-active. Each superfan will have a usb wrist band to access each inter connectivity element. This will also grant full access to restricted areas. What we call Presidential Airspace. Back stage. Access to the documentaries etc. Here you will become part of the actual project. Your interview will be placed in a segment, of that particular market.

So this is a fully immersive experience, from the beginning to the end. Think about scaling an exotic mountain, and the entire world is right alongside you to fully experience it. Our staff is there to add value continuously to your experience.

Also, these opportunities are available at every interval. In the live venues themselves, there are available opportunities just like this. Each attendee will have full access. Once they connect with our network, we can reach out to theirs. All content created will subsequently be uploaded and shared with them. They can then repost their events with their loved ones. And our movement continues to grow. I am the artist, but this live concert is about saying thank you to you. Because I have been underground for all of these years, and you all still supported me.

What I am building is a bridge to each and every market. With my music, and my live events, something totally new is created.

To make a concert I can easily rent a venue. I can produce and promote it myself etc. But, how could I raise the standard and provide a once in lifetime experience? I can only do this, by thinking outside the box. I am an NFT artist. I have to do things my way, and completely different to all others.

I can cater every event, by directly promoting the local restaurant hot spot. Each restaurant can have food delivered to the venue, and I can also open the doors, to local food trucks. I can also include local delicacies. That is additional income. Passive income for me and my investments.

Custom merchandise can be created around the event and either sold, or given away for free, before, during or after the concert. Just as another, extended example. Let's say a clothing company wants to hand out T shirts, or key chains. How about wrist bands? Who knows? Maybe they just want to pay for a small banner. Like an 18 x 24 poster. We can use only the wide screen cutouts, as our space. And leave the rest for our advertisements. We can also have a red carpet picture area. Where we have professional photo and film crew on hand, and attendees can also take their own. There are no limitations.

From the lighting on the stage, to the exclusive areas closed off, to the public. The opportunities are endless. We may have a different delicacy entity cater these areas. Maybe instead of shrimp, we have coconut macaroons in these exclusive zones.

These can also be, networking centers where we can have industry/influencer mixers. We can raise money for local events for charities at these designated areas. We can work based on percentages. All of the behind the scenes footage will be part of the films.

We can host a talent showcase before each event. Then a live Dj. Followed by the performances. And an award ceremony can be held at the half time markers. Then we can give out our best dressed awards etc, afterwards.

Then we commemorate the resident Dj crew, and perhaps our dancers can perform their sets; live. At that point I leave the venue, but the celebration continues. Back at the bar, the elite bartenders are part of the reality series. Where the staff is showcased. We do this four times per year. On average. Each staff member can say, you see Venom R1's behind the scenes "concert series"; I am the bartender highlighted on season 3 episode 1. I won the award two years in a row! As an example.

The photographer in that market, can show on out network and social media, and share the fact that they won editor of the year for 2024. And you can go watch him or her on Amazon Prime, and later on Tubi for free in 3 months! And that person will get a mechanical royalty for working on the projects/s. The opportunities are endless.

At the merch tables, everything is for sale. If the original release is black. The white series can only be purchased live, at the venue. And each purchase will be part of the live broadcasts. Later an NFT will be created around each interval, at each event.

We have everything from books, magazines, to cassettes and CD's, dvd's and blue rays. Remember those? All for sale. All autographed in person by yours truly.

At the door, final tickets are $100.00. Seating is not guaranteed. If they are purchased in advance, they are between $65.00 and $90.00. As low as $40.00 for floor seats. Center stage, in the middle, in the middle. Each includes a CD and a unique NFT.

At the door, none of these perks, or bonuses will be included. And if purchased separately will be at retail costs. An NFT could be $80.00 on its own. An autographed CD is $40.00. But you can buy one for $25.00. Vynils and wrist bands are $225.00 for the bundle. $75.00 more for the autograph.

Pre purchase ordering is extremely recommended. And that is what its all about. Even our full bundle, does not exceed $600.00 and includes everything. In most clubs, a bottle costs more than that. That is my entire aim. I own my music. I do not owe any major label a red penny. Therefore I can make a 10%-15% profit, and be completely content with that. Remember my profit is in the live performance. That is only 2 hours of my time. Before and after, I am part of the sales force.

All endorsements are my bread and butter. I film my music videos around all of my endorsements. This is digital marketing, and direct to consumer distribution all in one. And each one, by default is fully unique. That experience is what I aim to deliver.

I do not have to charge an arm and a leg, for my performances because my sponsors aid with the costs. This opens up opportunities for all of us to make passive income; together.

If the venue owner has a project, we can all support, directly or indirectly; we simply do. No strings attached. We all make money, our clients have the best experience, and we raise the bar. This, now becomes the new standard. We continue to be mavericks and pioneers. Both in music, and live entertainment. Technology is a part of every step in the entire process.

Think about all of the variables inside a table of 4 to 6 attendees. Each with their own unique story to tell about their unique experiences. Even after the event, they can upload their two weeks later, reflection; which we now add to their moment.

So in the metaverse, anyone who wants to experience the concert, can view the concert from any point of view. From the stage, to the front row, to the bar or the balcony. Inside of a Tik Tok, YouTube short, or as a full playlist film, on Amazon Prime. Then after a short while, on Tubi, completely for free. Our reality series stars; you! Yet we are all part of this wonderful event.

We can all connect like Lego's. All for each and everyone of my concerts, in and within my world wide tour. With my own music and zero assistance from the major labels.

Everything has changed. We can no longer think about business the same. I cannot aim to beat Bad Bunny, using the systems in place, built by a Drake or Kanye West. I have to destroy the common consensus and become number one, like Arnold in Terminator 2: Judgement Day

All of us, business owners and entrepreneurs; coming together. In order to make this possible is also a unique social experiment. Can 1,000 companies work together for one tour? There is only one way to find out. Remember, not only am I the venture capitalist, I am the record label owner and the main artist. I am everything. No bullshit. I close all of my own deals.

So whatever is best for my career, is what is selected. This is how music is supposed to work.

I am not here to complain, but to secure my own lane. I have an easy 3,000 songs to tour with. I'll have another 1,000 in 2024 and the same in 2025. You will all understand then. I need a Rimac Nevera, asap.

We get to all look back at the living legacy, of my first tour. Each step. Each day. Then I can retire from the main stream. Lmao. Never!

I cannot wait to see the growth in all of these new markets. All as a way of saying thank you.

For me, I had to carve my own way, in order to establish my own legacy. I selected my initial top 33 songs. I have recorded and released 1,000's since then. I have to negotiate daily for this catalog. And all to come in the near future.

By building a decentralized mainframe, for my premium brands, I am able to scale and expand; based on today's business values. I can preload all digital platforms before even performing. So direct to consumer marketing starts months before I arrive. By the time of the performance, all is solidified in place.

All investment firms, such as Blackrock and Blackstone will pay a premium for their delays. All final decisions must be made in real time. But I will also get a decent 10-12x return on all of my investments as well. So we get to make some money; long term.

To get upset at another, completely separate business is like getting mad at gravity or the ozone layer. I thank them for forcing me to create my own way. Now the future pay off is that much bigger.

Each business has full control and full access to their extensions. We handle the maintenance and then partner with a secondary to produce the day to day content. A portion of all proceeds are donated to local charities and educational centers. Places of worship are included in each event, on the primary.

We can also donate scholarships to students, related to any of our fields, or medicine. Without limitations to our funds. A technology major is as eligible as a music major. Or literature, as well as drama/acting or dancing. We fully support the cultural arts. Period.

So I challenge myself to find new, creative ways to connect with my audience. How can I help by giving back? Each market is unique and special all in its own. Even a $5,000.00 trust fund for college can help a few families in need.

It's a standard that I set for myself. If you don't like it. Too bad buddy. I am a man of faith. If I don't trust the charity. I'll buy computers for the students in the school. I don't care if you think negatively about it. $100,000.00/ show. I can and will donate $10,000.00 to any school, church or trade school I choose.

This is the build up to me going on stage. The wait is over. Here comes Johnny. I frequent over two dozen styles of music. I have hundreds of songs in each one. No two concerts will be the same. And I will not perform more than 3 dates, at any given time, on that same weekend. All of this, at no more than 2 times per year. After that. Each show is 10 months apart.
