The Most Important Question...

The other day, I was in the locker room at my gym, and a 3-year-old girl came up to me and asked, “What are you doing here?”

I responded that I was changing into my bathing suit because I was going swimming.

She moved on to another woman in the locker room. “What are you doing here?” she asked her.

The woman answered, “No one has ever asked me that before.”

This little 3-year-old is wise. She’s tapped into something ancient that grown ups have mostly forgotten… until we remember that this is the most important question of all time.

What are you doing here?

I don’t mean here, locally, reading this email. I mean here, in the big picture, where you find yourself right now in your life, in your health, in your business, on Planet Earth.

Why are you here? What’s your Divine Assignment?

You got here – and you continue to be here – through the process of expansion and contraction. These twin energies of expansion and contraction are the omnipresent ushers who escort us from conception to birth to death which feeds the next expression of life. Expansion and Contraction move life through us as we move through life.

The universe is expanding. Numerous scientific studies agree. Scientists have recently discovered the universe is expanding even faster than they predicted it could … and that "dark matter" is one of the key cosmic ingredients driving the accelerating expansion.

You are in the universe.

With every breath you take, the universe is also in you.

You are in constant exchange with the universe.

You are in the universe and the universe is in you.

You're made of stardust, you're spacious, you're in space, and you're taking up space. You're breathing space.

So if the universe is rapidly expanding, that means that YOU also are rapidly expanding. It can't be any other way.

Which means that?your expansion is inevitable.

What a relief to know that you are supposed to expand because you're an integral part of an ever-expanding organism.

Expansion and Contraction go hand in hand. They are inseparable best friends. After great expansion, a great contraction follows. The contraction is a consolidation, a gathering, a squeeze like an embrace. After contraction, expansion follows. This is the natural law of polarity and creativity.

Allow yourself to embrace the natural creative growth cycles of expansion and contraction that are affecting everything in the universe, and life becomes a lot easier, a lot more fun and a lot more abundant because you’re no longer resisting any part of the cycle.

When you understand that you are in the universe and the universe is in you, when you understand that expansion and contraction go hand in glove, you stop feeling like everything is so hard and going wrong. You stop feeling like the whole world is against you, and instead you start experiencing:

• More happiness.?Joy, lightness, delight and playfulness follow you like puppies.
• More peace.?Peace is who you are and how you be (not just a temporary lovely state you experience in fleeting moments when you’re not in pieces).
• More consistent income?that flows as consistently and generously as breath. Wealth without worry!
• More trust?that allows you to exchange with life in a playful, confident and loving manner, because you know at the cellular and soulular level that you are right on time and everything is unfolding perfectly for you, through you, because of you.

You can have all this when you choose it.
