What document binds every section of the industry ?. Operations, Office Administration and RMC's all get paid off this document.

That document is the Inventory and Condition Report (ICR), Packing List or Invent. I'm going to refer to it here as the ICR.

Despite its importance, the majority of ICR's are created on paper and do not leverage todays technologies.

Paper ICR's have their issues so we built a product that took full advantage of the internet. We took a step back and looked at the whole inventory process. Then we focussed on simplifying that process rather than just digitising it.
