Hmm ... Who else finds themselves a big ass'd puzzle; pieces sprawled across the flat surface; wonderin' -- "How the heck do I pull this together?"

It happens, I suppose!  You know that it's going to be A-OK in-the-end; its (almost) always come together.  Focus and sheer Determination; maybe some Teamwork, too :P

When you're rippin' together your puzzle (because it's deadline-time) ... Every additional input (Teammates, phone-calls, emails) is a distraction of brain-power.  True Teammates rely on one-another, providing all-day support; no matter what. 

So, even though your work IS truly the most-important  ; )   ... What's the most important thing you can do ??

... "Convey Confidence, Calmly."

You care about your Mission, you'll work on it longer and later anyway (maybe you're a perfectionist :P ); most important: ... "Convey Confidence, Calmly.". 

When we play for the crest-on-the-front of our jersey ---  we win.
