My Experience with the inward journey : Vipassana Meditation
?Late last year I had an opportunity to attend a 10-day Vipassana meditation course. We did not have access to any device and had to keep complete silence for 10 days. We also had more than 10 hours of meditation every day. This turned out to be a life-changing experience for my self-discovery and mental clarity.
?Now, I do at least one hour of Vipassana meditation everyday sitting in 'Padamasana' posture without any physical movement. More I do it, more I am knowing about myself and feeling better in every aspect of life. I learned and experienced? the power of being in the present moment.
?This experience was not just about meditation; it was a reset for the mind, a deeper dive into understanding myself, and a chance to cultivate inner peace amid the noise of daily life. It was an opportunity to read few chapters of an important book; myself.
