The most common self-sabotage patterns I've seen working with multiple 7 and 8-figure entrepreneurs.

These are the most common self-sabotage patterns I've seen?working?with multiple 7 and 8-figure entrepreneurs (#3 and #4 are the biggest ones).
The entrepreneurs I work with almost always desire the same things…
? A thriving business that they can scale and a healthy profit margin that can be invested outside of the business to build wealth.
? A lifestyle that supports their family, their children and their legacy goals.
? A feeling of peace and bone-deep contentment.
? A powerful body and nervous system that supports their goals and aspirations.
? And an intimate partner that loves, respects and adores them.
They hire me because they’re hitting an “invisible ceiling”, they’re oftentimes at breaking point, sometimes they’re hemorrhaging in business and they’ve usually invested tens of thousands on business strategies that don’t deliver results.
These are these most common self-sabotage patterns I see:
1???Overfilling their Capacity Cup because they’re scaling and hiring too fast. Their systems are usually sticky-taped together and the processes are outdated.
They’re one “misstep” away from the cup overflowing. What they need is the space to slow down and build the infrastructure that can support more capacity.
2?? Overfilling that Capacity Cup is usually the result of unresolved childhood trauma and outdated beliefs that tell them:
“There’s no time to pause.”
“It’s too risky to change what I’m doing now.”

“It’s too dangerous to slow down.”
“I’ll lose momentum and the money will dry up.”
3?? The mounting stress because of (1) and (2) leads to increased allostatic load and a dysregulated nervous system.
Symptoms of this usually include gut issues, anxiety, looping thoughts, emotional instability, perfectionism and procrastination. Left unchecked, I’ve seen businesses blow up completely from this alone.
4?? Unintegrated traumas that cause emotional instability and lead to poor decision-making.
This is my favorite part of the process - where the entrepreneurs have the space to release decades of unresolved frustration, grief, disappointment, guilt and shame that's been weighing down their souls.
5?? Operating in their Zone of Excellence instead of their Zone of Genius and not building the A-team around them to support growth.
There are usually a series of tightly bundled beliefs about the world, Self, safety and their ability to receive from God/Universe. These are formed in childhood and need to be upgraded.
I could include a long list but these are just a few of the biggest self-sabotage patterns I see that are often ignored until it is too late.
