How to prep for PM interviews

One of the common questions I get when prepping for the PM interviews is the preparation method since there are a lot of ideas and ways to prepare all the way from talking to your friends to reading up books.

Here are some of the best practices to prepare for your interview training:

Start with the end in mind

Start with an end in mind in terms of the company you want to work for, research about it and then read up on the company to learn the culture and how it operates. This also helps better understand how to relate to the culture of the company.

Don’t go “too soon”

Once you have started to read up on the few books and videos, you might feel you are ready to go for interviews. While this might make you feel ready, try to test out a few questions. Mocks, Mocks and Mocks

Setup mock interviews with you friends. Get questions from web and start trying them out. If you are not able to respond to them effectively, continue practicing.
