During the operation of the fully automatic CNC rotary veneer peeling machine, sometimes some problems are inevitable, but it can only be found and resolved in time.

1. If the power indicator is on and the motor cannot start, it is because the power supply is out of phase or the main control line is not connected. The solution is to repair the power supply and control line and the general stop button.

2. If the rotary blade automatically feeds during rotary cutting, and stops when it feeds, it is because the feed circuit is falsified or the electromagnetic clutch slips, and the rotary cutter is too high. The solution to this problem is to check whether the feed line is fictional; Clean the clutch with gasoline or diesel and adjust the blade height.

3. If the veneer is thicker before the thinner, it is because the blade is low or the gap is too small, you need to adjust the blade height and the gap by referring to the blade adjustment chart.

4. If the veneer cannot be connected, the reason is that the height of the blade is inconsistent, and the gap between the blade gap and the feed pulley is not good.
