2.??Fruits are not advisable for Sugar patients.
Fruits are essential for Diabetics, only that they have to be eaten along with few nuts or seeds. Avoid fruits after 6pm.
3.??Super foods makes us lean and fit.

4.??The more I starve, the faster I will lose weight.
