I was talking with one of my clients this week who have a 707 credit score. She had been to a local bank for a mortgage loan and the rate she was given is high compared to the rates I have been quoting. If you have higher scores please feel free to contact me so for a rate quote before getting a mortgage loan with a local lender. I may be able to save you some money especially on higher loan amounts.
