Are you a home buyer looking for a fixed rate mortgage with closing cost assistance combined in one package ? Then CalPlus with Zip financed through CalHFA might be the program for you. It offers a zero interest junior loan of 3% of the first mortgage loan amount with a deferred payment plan.

First-time homebuyers and disaster victims can add the MyHome assistance plan. This is a deferred payment junior loan for downpayment and/or closing costs. Assistance is available for school ,fire department employees, veterans. Manufactured homes and home with ADUs and new construction can qualify for this program.
