Today, I was reflecting on how our mornings shape the rest of the day. It’s amazing to see the impact of a few simple habits, and I realized just how powerful a strong morning routine can be. I remember reading The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod, where he explains that the way we start our mornings influences every aspect of our lives—our mood, productivity, and mindset. Elrod himself experienced a huge shift in his life by simply transforming his morning routine, which he describes in detail as a journey from feeling lost to finding purpose.
Inspired by this, I began testing small changes in my own morning routine. I experimented with different activities to see what helped me feel energized and focused.
