Morning Routines - Part 1

Morning Wake Up Routines... Everyone has one. Some are well thought out and very structured, while others seem to change with the seasons.

This part of our day has always caught my attention. Over the years it's been fun to see how the body reacts to the changes in routine. Meditation, Coffee, Running, Lifting Weights, Cold Showers, Macha Tee, Yoga, Paddle Boarding, Swimming, and the list goes on and on.

Recently, I posted a poll on LinkedIn and see what people do in the morning. The poll generated over 700 votes and provide a list of comedic responses, lol.

The next step is to take the poll along with some of the research I've done over the years and provide some paths to finding the morning routine that fits you the best.

Also, I'll share routines from some of the most productive and successful people that I've studied over the years.
