Morning meetings @Materials dept-Power plant days

Materials dept started off in morning with buzzing sound of desktop starting off, printers and fax machine trying their best to meet demand of a team of 7 members glued to their screens.?

Mr. SR our boss used to make a swift entry to his workspace. His morning routine very consistent. He keeps his bag on desk in his cubicle and then has a big smile on his face. In his typical style overlooks cubicle with two hands placed on cubicle with chin on the cubicle. He then comes out in common space asking "How are you!!!!" He is curious to know how everyone is looking into their eyes gauging their facial expressions !! He always was very attentive and used to change his facial expressions to our replies. When we replied, he patiently listened and acknowledged, nodding his head and mostly bursting into laughter all the time. We also enjoyed this routine and tried our best jokes and funny incidents to contribute. He had an habit of counting fingers of right hand and looking into it like a phone as if taking a selfie.?He always shared one funny incident of his everyday life past or present.?Everyday we enjoyed those 15 min huddle with boss at the start of the day. We had our daily review mechanism at the end of it!!! This routine pumped energy in all of us!

Each personality is different however wanted to share how life was when I started my power plant days!!
