Positive thinking isn't seeing the world through rose colored glasses.
It doesn't mean that you ignore any heaviness you're feeling or that you cover up your pain with false optimism. ?Positive thinking is steady strength. ?It's the ability to keep an open mind when things don't happen the way you had hoped.?Positive thinking is believing in the inherent goodness in the world. ?It's knowing that when you can't find the good outside of your, you can still be the good. You can still be the the love. ?You can still be the light the world so desperately needs.
In times, when we feel overwhelmed with life, we tend to get caught up in those moments. Our negative self-talk begins.

Positive thinking creates positive emotions, positive attitudes, and positive results, whereas negative thinking will keep you stagnant.
