The Morning Ascent
Whatever is expressed is impressed.
Whatever you say to yourself, with emotion, generates thoughts, ideas, and behaviors consistent with those words.
Your mind can only hold a positive or negative thought at one time, not both. Use positive affirmations to overcome negative thoughts as soon as they begin to creep into your mind:
1. I love myself.
2. I am worthy.
3. I am deserving.
4. If not me, then someone else, so why not me.
We tend to see the world as we believe it to be, not as it actually is. Create a vision of your dream life and then take action to achieve it.
All action begins with a thought and it is true that whatever the
mind can conceive and believe it can achieve. Believe in yourself and act every day as if it were impossible to fail!
Make today your day to shine!

9 个月I saw something on social media that this post made me think of. This woman has a mantra that she repeats to herself throughout the day every day: "My name is _______, and good things come to me." I've been trying it (along with some of the positive affirmations you list above), and it just puts you in a better headspace, if only because it's less time spent in a negative thought stream.
