Difficult times always seem never-ending. No situation in life is meant to last forever, however long it may seem.

When we go through tough times, our mind is constantly battling that challenge. More than thinking about a solution, we think of the problems that even haven't occurred. This makes us feel that our life has nothing but only difficulties. Whatever situation you are in today is never permanent. Every beginning has an end. Try to keep calm, trust yourself and try to find a way out.

You can only make your situation better by keeping your mind positive. Hold on to the hope in life, sooner or later it will be over, those tough times will surely end.
