Confidence is the feeling or belief that we can rely on someone or something. It is a great leadership word. Many people are not confident. They are unsure of themselves and insecure.

Begin every single day with confidence and feel good about yourself and what you are doing. If you do this, you will certainly lift up someone else. In what areas of your life are you going to build greater confidence and who are you going to share this confidence with? The more credible you are the more confidence people place in you, thereby allowing you the privilege of influencing their lives.

It's not what you know. Knowledge is not power. It's what you DO with what you know.

Garden your head—pull out the weeds of excuses and plant the seeds of greatness.
