Leadership is not about grandstanding or showing off. A great leader leads each person differently and finds out who they are, where they are, and where they’re headed. Leading is listening and learning.

Don’t be constrained by the self-limiting beliefs you may be tethered to. Your effectiveness as a leader is defined by how well you influence others and how well you serve others. You need to bring out the best in yourself so you can bring out the best in others.
