Morgan Timms is Wyoming Photographer of the Year. . . where is Morgan now?

Visual journalist Morgan Timms was in Jackson Hole nine months and was named Photographer of the Year by the Wyoming Press Association .

Earlier this year, Timms joined the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) in Tasmania. Click here to view Timms’ recent work in Australia.

“Leaving little pieces of my heart in Wyoming, Ohio and Taos,” Timms posted on social media when she shared plans to relocate to Australia. “But thrilled to finally be moving home(ish) and keep doing this work that I love so much for ABC News in Tasmania.”

The award-winning photographer earned a Masters degree from Ohio University in 2023 (Visual Communication).

In Wyoming, Timms worked at Jackson Hole News&Guide . When Timms was named Photographer of the Year, the state press association described her portfolio as “fantastic.”
