THE MORE YOU LEARN,THE MORE YOU EARN

Many times most of us when challenged to take a seemingly overwhelming task/role-it makes our blood run cold, and therefore prefer letting it go may be because we feel insufficient, unprepared, or fear the outcome. As a result, most people are living in despair and regrets caused by their fear to fail or make mistakes. This mentality is called perfectionism.

Everybody faces setbacks in life in pursuit of their dreams. Nobody is perfect and seeking perfectionism is a waste of time, instead, we should seek progress. There is no progress without mistakes and failures, and the only way to learn sometimes it's through failure-Take failures and mistakes as stepping stones to your next level.

Learning does not only happen in schools but every day and everywhere. In life when you have a student mindset, you will always learn more than you expect and do more than you learn. The more you expose yourself to learning, the more you position yourself to earn. The following are the ways you can learn if you are to improve and develop your life:

• LEARN FROM MISTAKES: It is said that, "Anyone who has never made a mistake, has never tried anything new". If you are to grow in any area of your life, then you must be ready to take chances. Never let go of an opportunity to make mistakes, because that's how you grow and learn ways of not doing it. Experience is the best teacher but how do you experience it if you don't try it?
• LEARN FROM OTHERS: If you want to go fast, walk alone but if you want to go far, walk with others. Don't hesitate to engage people who are where you want to be, they are a pearl of wisdom to where you are going. There is no growth in isolation, we grow when we interact with people who are ahead of us.
• LEARN FROM BOOKS/AUDIO: “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.”―Dr. Seuss. Improve your skills and knowledge of doing things by reading related books or articles. If you want to be soo good at something, you must research about it and have all the information at your fingertips. “Not All Readers Are Leaders, but All Leaders Are Readers”- Harry S. Truman. You can never influence change if you don't read.

So, if you want to earn more, learn more.
