Men or women, whites or blacks or greens or whatever, who cares as long as folks who get into leadership roles are COMPETENT. Only woke people keep pedalling on this gender affirmation nonsense. 1 年Stop with the sexism, its a waste of time and resources. They will get into top positions as the labor market grows older, you dont need to do anything. Neither can you stop it.
