More Vision Boarding
So the plan for tonight was to spend some time vision-boarding some more charts and metrics to help me manifest my goal.
I was going to edit my daily views for this newsletter, my LinkedIn profile and content views, and my weekly KPIs.
But as I started taking screenshots, it felt like a lot of work for vanity metrics.
So I decided to take a look at my KPIs instead.
Then I fell down a rabbit hole
lol I realized I was only going to project a few weeks out and that didn't feel impactful.
So instead, I created a new sheet to track the same metrics monthly (which I was planning on doing anyway) but I realized my KPIs only reflected progress towards my digital products and not my services. So I added call metrics to the tracker.
The problem was, I didn't have a good way to get the metrics I was looking for. The way I track deal progress currently isn't optimized for the way I want to break down type of call by date and how they convert.
...so that was another rabbit hole lol
I spent way too much time building out a call log but I found it to be an INCREDIBLY impactful exercise. That will definitely become the next worksheet I build : )
Once I updated all my KPIs for Jan and Feb, I started projecting/manifesting what I want my metrics to look like next month.
I know, I know - I still only ended up projecting a few weeks out, but I don't care. I want to stay focused on the numbers I can immediately influence. Based on some campaigns and launches I have planned, ideally, this is what my final metrics will look like at the end of March!!

Here's a screenshot of my KPI tracker with metrics to date and projections for March:
And here is the Call Log tracker I built to run the metrics:
These projections should take me into the $40k range in revenue for March. A sizeable increase but still below average of what I'll need to track to hit my $1M target.
That's okay though, it's all part of the plan - a slow start, picking up some traction, then BOOM. Just waiting for that first domino to fall : )
