More Than Waterproofing
When it comes to Iconic American landmarks, who doesn’t think of the Empire State Building? Completed in 1931 after only 13 months of construction, the project came in approximately 30% under budget (I’m thinking that hasn’t happened since :) - on some days there were close to 3500 workers on site - cafes operated on skyward floors so that technicians wouldn’t have to descend to ground level for lunch.?4 million tourists per year visit this monument to American ingenuity.?So it’s not surprising that over 20 years ago, the owners trusted Kemper System America to waterproof the metal roof that keeps all the telecommunications systems #dry.?And that membrane is still performing- again, not surprising.
