More Than Talent, The Game Is About Never Giving Up

You don't set out to build a wall, you don't say I am gonna build the biggest, baddest, greatest wall that’s ever been built. No, you don't start there. Instead, you say “I am gonna lay this brick as perfectly as a brick can be laid”. You do it every single day and soon, you will have a wall. - Will Smith. ?
What do you think is great? Is it some sort of celestial talent? Or a special case?

What I believe is just the opposite - greatness truly exists. In fact, it resides among us. While everyone is built up with the same energy, using the same percentage of their brain, greatness follows those who are not ready to give up, even if they have no armor, no shields, no support system - still they are willing to give their 100% every day.
As Will said in his speech, “I am not afraid to die on the treadmill". You might be more talented than me, you might be smarter than me, but if we get on the treadmill together, there are two things, you are getting off first, while I die on the treadmill”.?
Greatness comes with that never-giving-up attitude, strong willpower, and more than that ridiculously insane work ethic.
Will Power Is The Key

While some can move mountains, it is difficult for others to turn the rocks. What stamina is it that the former has???

It is the stamina of their willpower, the focus, the thought with which they wake up every morning, the determination to work hard & fight back. As I always say, “hard work gives luck a chance”.?
Will power, as I know, is an ability of a person to put into practice the ideas that are important to him. It is his ability to do just the right thing every day. On the contrary, I think that bad luck sometimes becomes an excuse followed by weak willpower. You cannot achieve your goal? Hard luck…!! Nay. Think for a moment, did you keep a strong mind while doing your part? Or were attracted to the shortcuts - that said: “Quit It”.
Journey To Perfection

No one is born perfect. What makes you perfect enough to achieve your goals is focus and your work ethic. It is your work ethic that will keep you on your toes every day. Everyone has a goal that they can't achieve right away. It is about stability, that positivity, that ‘I don't give a damn to people’ attitude that leads you to achieve your goals. If you have this set of values, and the determination to not “give up” - there are bright chances of you winning.
At every place and time, your goals will test you. You might fail in the initial attempts, but that failure is just making you perfect. Perfect enough to achieve your goals.?
Where are you in this journey to perfection??
People who are giving their 100% every day, with nary a grudge about the results, usually are the ones that achieve something in life. Again, it is not about the talent, but the determination to fight even with your armors off. It is perfectly all right to face failures, what is not all right is giving up or having a less worthy Plan B that says you ‘to quit’.
