Impress Print: Pioneers in Sustainable Printing?
Impress Print Services has been a beacon of sustainability in the printing industry for over 30 years. As the first UK printer to achieve Planet Mark certification, they have consistently set high standards for environmental responsibility.?
Their journey began in 1989 when they recognised the printing sector's carbon impact early on. By 2001, they had switched to vegetable-based inks and received FSC and ISO 14001 certifications by 2007. ?
Since joining Planet Mark, the company has cut its carbon footprint by 68% over seven years, installed 381 solar panels, transitioned 70% of its vehicles to electric, and achieved 100% carbon-free mailing . Impress Print attributes its continued success to the comprehensive carbon measurements and community support provided by Planet Mark.?
Michael Kille , Managing Director at Impress Print, shares, "We chose to work with Planet Mark because we'd done a lot in the business already but were struggling with ideas on where to go next. It's given us a community to talk to and get ideas from, helping us go to that next level and continue to drive our carbon footprint down."?
Mount Anvil: Building the Future of Sustainable Homes?
Mount Anvil , a leading London-based property developer, joined Planet Mark to enhance its sustainability initiatives and create lasting positive environmental impacts. Mount Anvil is committed to building homes and communities that prioritise environmental responsibility by integrating sustainable practices into their projects.?
Committed to building homes and communities prioritising environmental responsibility, the developers have achieved a remarkable 48% reduction in absolute carbon emissions and an 88% reduction per employee in 2023 . Additionally, their projects and initiatives, such as Friary Park and the Positive Partnerships initiative, exemplify their dedication to creating low-carbon homes that meet the growing demand for sustainable living.?

Prologis UK: Constructing a sustainable legacy?
Prologis UK is a leading developer and owner of logistics property in the UK. As early adopters of Planet Mark certification, the developers joined us over a decade ago to strengthen their commitment to sustainability and drive positive change in the construction and logistics sector.?
Through its partnership with Planet Mark, Prologis UK has implemented various initiatives to reduce its environmental impact. These include optimising energy use in its facilities, transitioning to renewable energy sources, and saving 630,297 tons of CO2 , equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of 122,640 homes.?
Prologis UK has also engaged its tenants and stakeholders in sustainability efforts, fostering a collaborative approach to environmental responsibility.?

Sanderson Design Group: Heritage Meets Sustainability?
Sanderson Design Group plc. , a renowned retail brand, joined Planet Mark to elevate its sustainability efforts and create a positive impact on the environment. By incorporating sustainable practices into its operations, Sanderson has built the perfect foundation to achieve their ambitious net-zero targets.?
Since partnering with Planet Mark, Sanderson has focused on various sustainability initiatives, including reducing waste, improving energy efficiency, and sourcing eco-friendly materials. They have also reduced their carbon emissions by 14.5% and increased employee engagement from 58% to 78% (FY23) .?
