More Than Just A Product Launch | Apple Event October 2021

Big things are coming soon; as the company has been teasing this ‘special’ Apple Event on their Twitter is just a few hours away. Just like any other previous Apple Event, this one is no exception — the leaks and rumors are all over the internet as ‘what to expect’ is the highlight of the day!

After unveiling the much awaited iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13, Apple Watch Series 7, and the new iPad mini and iPad just a month ago; Apple is back here with another scheduled ‘Unleashed’ event on 14th of October 2021 at 10 AM PDT. It will be streamed live on the company’s website (apple.com) and YouTube channel due to the pandemic.

In their previous live events, Apple has?already unveiled their USP (Unique selling point), i.e. their latest software, services, and operating systems; namely iOS 15, iPadOS 15, macOS Monterey, and also the watchOS 8 in their mega event knowns as WWDC21 Apple Keynote on June 7. Moreover, they also revealed their new iMac, iPad Pro, iPhone 12 in purple, AirTag, and Apple TV 4K in their event in early 2021.

What we can expect?

Since Apple has already launched the majority of its premium products lineup, its quite easier to predict what’s coming up! Judging from the previous events, and relying on reliable sources, its safe to say that Apple is going to end this year’s last Apple Event launching their remaining products which include the all new Macs and AirPods 3.

The All new MacBooks

The MacBook Pros have been redesigned with reduced bezels and they are expected to offer a whopping 14-inch and 16-inch mini-LED screens along with an Apple-made processor. It is also rumored that Apple is all set to bring back the ports and connections which may include an SD card reader, Magsafe and an HDMI port but we may have to say goodbye to the Touchbar.

M1X Processor:

Apple-made processor M1 is also finally going to see an upgrade as Apple plans to introduce the all new M1X chipsets. They are expected to have a massive boost in performance due to its 8 high performance cores (double) with 16 or 32 graphic cores variants.

A Powerful Mac Mini

It is also expected to feature the new M1X chipset update like the upcoming MacBooks and have more ports than the current Mac Mini.

Airpods 3

Airpods have been reconstructed to have a simpler and shorter stem and a improved rounded ear design. They are rumored to have features mostly similar to AirPods Pro such as support for Spatial Audio.

Some other less likely announcements

• According to Bloomberg, Apple have been considering making a cheaper version of Pro Display which may be launched in this event.
• There is a slight chance that Apple may introduce iPad Air 5 in this event too featuring OLED screen and A15 Bionic chipset.
• According to Cnet, Apple may also introduce some brand new devices such as a soundbar equipped with Apple TV or Apple Augmented/Virtual Reality headset!
