When human-being build relation with mortal body and nature, and forget soul-form truth, then he feels scarcity of untruth-elements. When human-beings feel scarcity in his-form, as a result kamana-desire to enjoy sense pleasure is produces. When worldly materials are consider as a source of happiness it produces affection, in due process importance of which intensify. Then kamana to accumulate the materials for deriving happiness begins. Repeated desire increases affection towards the materials. Further, when person experiences obstacles in fulfilling Kamana angry is produces. The person who is awaken know the true soul- form and understood very well that there is no dearth in his form and thus has no Kamana.

In the course of devotion realizing truth of Divine Immortal Infinite Universal God and untruth of mortal world, the kama and angry reduces and over a time it end also.??

As long as human has relation with untruth-mortal-world the mind is not under control. When he is awaken and unattached from the worldly materials with intelligence, the mind come under control. One who is constantly aware of his mortal soul-form and behaves accordingly has been termed as intelligence here.??This indicates that the purpose for which Man has been sent to the World, he has achieved. All the glories sang for Mankind has been achieved by him. This type of Man completely lives in Brahma-sovereignty before the death and also after the death, free from birth-death cycle.??

Afghanistan's caretaker government began to distribute the China-aided humanitarian supplies on Friday to the country's 34 provinces.

Acting Minister for Refugees and Repatriation Mawlawi Khalil-ur-Rahman Haqqani said at a ceremony held for the distribution that his country had received several batches of humanitarian supplies donated by China, and that his ministry was sending the material aid to needy people in the country's 34 provinces.

"We are thankful to China for the assistance," Haqqani told Xinhua after the ceremony. "China is our good neighbor and the assistance for us is very important."

China has announced it will provide humanitarian aid as well as COVID-19 vaccines to Afghanistan, and more supplies are being delivered to the Central Asian country.
